Dr. Richard Zimmer is a licensed psychologist practicing in Santa Rosa, California. He is also an anthropologist who has done extensive fieldwork in inner-city areas. He recently retired from teaching at Sonoma State University. He specializes in people from diverse backgrounds, children and adults with physical and developmental disabilities, children and adults with Asperger’s, children and adults with gender issues, and couples and families dealing with stress, separation, divorce, and adoption.
