Erica received her BA in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, and her MA in Professional Counseling (specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy) from Texas State University in San Marcos. Erica is a Licensed Professional Counselor (license #62930) in Texas. Before entering private practice, Erica worked at a Dallas area non-profit social service agency providing counseling and case management services to a diverse client base, including Hurricane Katrina evacuees and victims of domestic violence. She has also worked within a residential treatment center, providing counseling services to adolescent girls who had been victims of abuse or neglect. Erica has also worked in managed care, providing utilization review for a major health insurance company. Erica’s passion and areas of expertise include counseling children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a variety of issues.
